Too many people reporting to too many bosses. Emails sent cc to everyone makes it hard to find the important ones. No accountability. Management is good and beating down hardworking employees and letting the complainers off the hook so they don't have to deal with them. They tie employees hands with allowing them to problem solve because there is too many people trying to please their multiple bosses so you never get clear direction. Great and demotivating hard work. The hard workers wear too many hats of responsibility.
