      Working for Banner has been a great experience. They are patient focused and the scheduling is flexible. Benefits are excellent as well!

      Some of the facilities could use some physical improvements due to their age.

      Pros

      The health benefits are phenomenal, but they are a closed network, limited to Banner Health providers and chosen community providers. Compensation will always be on the lower end due to being not-for-profit.

      Cons

      Regarding IT efficiency, they are behind. Processes are archaic and manual due to lack of up to date IT programs. Their systems do not talk to each other, and there are workarounds for everything.
