Pros
When I first joined, the company was under an old regime that created a toxic and unproductive environment. Morale was low, collaboration was scarce, and many talented individuals were overlooked. It was discouraging to see so much potential stifled by poor leadership.
Fast forward to today, and the transformation is nothing short of phenomenal. The new leadership team has completely turned the culture around. Not only did they make the tough but necessary changes, they also brought in executives and employees with deep industry knowledge, passion, and vision. The difference is night and day.
What makes this even more meaningful is that I am not just an employee — I am an owner. That ownership mindset runs deep across the organization. Every teammate has skin in the game, and it changes the way we approach our work. We’re not just working for the company; we’re building it, together.
Now, the focus is on collaboration, accountability, and results. People are empowered to contribute, recognized for their expertise, and supported in their growth. The toxic environment is gone—replaced by a culture of respect, innovation, and shared ownership.
