      Management look after their staff. Care about the person rather than the job. Not one style of management fits all. Have loved working here and love coming to work every day. Value shown from management to staff is so inspiring

      Cons

      Terrible annual leave, zero parking, controlling and over-bearing management, poor pay, big brother is watching you and in general a very negative environment to be in.
