Good job ruined by poor management - Anonymous Bard Manufacturing Employee Review

It's a union shop so the company pretty much hates everyone and doesn't communicate. When they do communicate it's on short notice or they leave out a ton of details. They don't listen to you and keep crappy supervisors around because they know you hate them. The shifts are also very divided.
