Cons
This is one of the worst jobs I have had. The manager is a former employee who got moved up. So he is friends with all of the other employees there. Everyone there really went out of their way to make new people feel completely alienated. On multiple occasions other employees would go out of their way to insult me, and manager would just laugh. Going to work gave me actual anxiety. I have been waitressing for many years now, I am great at dealing with people. But I walked into a very hostile work environment. It wasn't just me, I watched the way they treated other new employees. We all had nicknames, based more on looks and weight more than anything. The location I worked for was a franchise. And maybe that had something to do with it. But overall, I would seriously avoid joining their team.
