- nice colleagues - good office location - possibility to wfh two days a week - corporate access better than some small peers

- pay lags peers - route to progression very opaque - absence of mentorship - alot of colleagues getting stung on CFA costs - very slow to implement new technologies. It's shocking how far we are behind peers in areas such as AI. Copilot is still in testing phase. Leadership winces at any suggestions to modernise - Data availability and systems really lacking. Unnecessary barriers to productivity are evident across the board - Barriers between departments. Sadly social budgets are increasingly being slashed further reducing the opportunity of firm wide bonding -budgets constantly being cut to maintain cash cow status to keep parent company Mass Mutual happy
