-Core product has gone steeply downhill due to mass layoffs -Incompetent and arrogant leadership -Repulsive usage of AI is driving away customers -Sudden and complete reversal of major strategy decisions is the classic “Bark way”. Leadership is never held accountable for their costly misjudgments. -Benefits are getting significantly worse and raises are pathetic -Widespread anxiety and burnout amongst employees -A few employees still drink the kool-aid and would throw you under the bus to increase their status -More layoffs are all but promised to arrive soon
