Benefits are ok . Vacation time takes forever to accrue. You get 40 hrs by the end of the year.

Micro managing. Horrible morale. Most are under paid. No team work. The employees feel like just a number. Management told employees that monkeys can do our job, and that the product will still make it out the door with or with out them.
