Pros
- Every single employee across the country are very willing to help with a "one team" mentality. - Great trust given by supervisors (no micromanagement) at the branch level - Owner of the company, and executives, are all very down to earth people that always make time to talk to employees. - Work/life balance is great for those that can prioritize tasks and effectively manage their time.
Cons
- A lot of decisions are made in Memphis (company HQ) that should be delegated to the regional or branch levels. This creates a bottleneck and causes unnecessary delays that could be eliminated by empowering subordinate managers. - Nothing really outside of that, and nothing major
