Terrible pay and even worst management! This is one of the cheapest companies in Pensacola. Management doesn’t care about the well being of there workers as long as the job gets done. If you show potiential they will abuse you without compensation etc. This company is the expample of is not about what you know but who you know. If your green and looking to learn they will not help you just talk down about your lack or experience and they will hand you a shovel.

This place is terrible. The supervisors cant even read and write or do basic arithmetic.

The supervisors are uneducated untrained extremely rude and unknowledgeable of much of anything they need to know and they feign ignorance by using aggression and disrespect. The supervisors waste time and money by not being organized nad doing the work correctly then blame the workers and make them fix and take blame for their own mistakes
