This%20review%20is%20most%20unfortunate.%20In%202016%20at%20the%20time%20you%20were%20hired%20there%20were%20no%20shortage%20of%20accounting%2C%20payrolling%20or%20human%20resources%20jobs.%20Your%20resume%20reflected%20that%20you%20were%20experienced%20and%20skilled%20in%20these%20areas.%20Unfortunately%2C%20during%20your%20tenure%20we%20learned%20this%20was%20not%20the%20case.%20%20%0A%0AWe%20gave%20you%20every%20benefit%20of%20the%20doubt%20and%20worked%20with%20you%20daily%20in%20order%20to%20help%20you%20improve.%20%20After%20countless%20mistakes%20and%20issues%20we%20had%20to%20make%20some%20very%20tough%20decisions.%20We%20dedicated%20a%20lot%20of%20time%20to%20you%2C%20especially%20the%20General%20Manager%2C%20who%20took%20it%20upon%20herself%20personally%20to%20do%20her%20very%20best%20to%20help%20you%20improve%2C%20graciously%20bore%20the%20brunt%20of%20correcting%20your%20errors%20and%20went%20to%20bat%20for%20you%20when%20others%20would%20have%20terminated%20your%20position%20long%20ago.%0A%0AOur%20full%20time%2C%20in%20house%20staff%20consists%20of%20about%2050%25%20temporary%20employees.%20You%20were%20not%20brought%20on%20as%20a%20direct%20staff%20member%20in%20part%20because%20of%20the%20difficulty%20you%20had%20completing%20the%20most%20menial%20tasks%20without%20error.%20It%20took%20extensive%20effort%20by%20the%20GM%20and%20rest%20of%20the%20staff%20to%20correct%20needless%20payroll%20mistakes%20that%20you%20made%20and%20errors%20in%20communication%20to%20clients%20and%20employees.%20We%20repeatedly%20had%20to%20transition%20your%20responsibilities%20over%20to%20other%20staff%20to%20avoid%20liability.%20In%20addition%20we%20had%20to%20adjust%20your%20hours%20because%20you%20could%20not%20make%20it%20to%20work%20on%20time%2C%20which%20was%20not%20going%20to%20work%20out%20for%20us%20in%20the%20long%20term.%0A%0AWe%20have%20outstanding%20relationships%20with%20our%20clients%20some%20of%20which%20have%20been%20with%20us%20for%20over%2020%20years.%20We%20can%20never%20be%20in%20a%20position%20to%20jeopardize%20those%20relationships%20which%20we%20uncompromisingly%20maintain%20with%20a%20combination%20of%20great%20staff%20and%20professionalism.%0A%0AAt%20best%2C%20we%20can%20say%20your%20perceptions%20were%20skewed.%20%20At%20worst%20we%20can%20say%20that%20these%20statements%20are%20untrue%20on%20many%20levels%20and%20that%20your%20perceptions%20are%20not%20based%20on%20facts%2C%20as%20were%20witnessed%20by%20others%20who%20worked%20here%20alongside%20you.%20%20%0A%0ARegardless%2C%20we%20wish%20you%20all%20the%20best%20in%20your%20future%20endeavors.
