Barratt s have some good procedures and give you the opportunity to succeed from the managing director down all really easy to get on with,creating a friendly place to work. If your willing to put the effort in and have a can do attitude you’ll be fine
Cons
Probably not the best salaries/car allowance etc compared to our competitors
