Pros
Its a global company with high standards Site accomodation is world class and the food is great Every employee is a safety champion. Safety is not left to Safety department alone, but everyone is involved. This in my opinion is a great thing. It inculcates the safety culture in everyone, so as the Safety tagline goes " Everyone Going Home Safe And Healthy"
Cons
Sometimes it fails to retain the best talent. This maybe just on my particular site. Lots of people are interviewed, but often things fall through the cracks when remuneration is discussed.
