Great place to work, staff and management very friendly ad helpful

No real concerns on my part

Great place for variety, as nobody wants to get bored.

Needs more management staff, operating on production floor. High level management is effective/typical for a big company… but production floor level management has some serious room for improvement. Employees just need the resources to do their said jobs, effectively, efficiently, and above all, safely. If that became the focus of the company, things would change drastically for the better. It’s an old company, set in its old ways. The cost of change, hurts less than the cost of what they are doing, but it’s not an argument that anybody working there would win.
