Pros
None - all their commitment to work flexibility/giving you every second friday off is a lie. you'd never be able to take it off due to workload. even if you do, people make you feel so guilty you never end up taking them. It's just for the organisation to tick a box so they get 'employer of the year' (no idea how!)
Cons
Everything - management down to the people you work with. look at the location of the offices within BN on where the good reviews are coming from. There's a reason why there's a certain office location within BN is never reviewed.
