      Frantic at times, and you have to do all the jobs, but it's rotated frequently so it remains fair

      Pros

      Great fitness culture and not a hard job at all. Clients for the most part are so amazing.

      Cons

      Management is a little disorganzied and there is a lack of clear communication and expectations, turnover is high and there is some resitance to hiring new employees.
