As soon as need arises, company needs will always supersede will of employee. * You have to report every hour you spend at work and it better be billable! * Close to impossible to get an external course. It might take you several years and 10 kg of your nerves to get a course, that was promised to you. * Online course subscription? Forget about it. 200 USD is too much. * Turnover is quite high, I witnessed one of the departments losing more than 60% of employees during one year. * Some of the tools used are still there from 2000's and they are there to stay, 'cause why learn new stuff at an IT company, right?
