Pros
Easy job, set hours. Paid weekly.
Cons
Managers, owners, environment. You get hired to do one job and then they make you do two jobs for the same rate of pay. People in higher positions do not do their jobs when it comes to interviewing and hiring. They don't want to even deal with the process and have someone on a much lower pay grade do most of the work. They constantly complains about having to do menial tasks and push said tasks onto other people. You will have to put appointments on the calendar and then you'll have to move appointments around and constantly call people to the point that they don't even want an appointment anymore. If someone in a higher position doesn't like you, you won't have a job. You can do absolutely nothing wrong and still get fired, with no reason given. The owners just sit back and let it all happen as long as they're making money... they do not care. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They constantly interview people for your job and just say they're going to hire extra. They just keep looking for people to replace others before your 90 days is up.
