Pros
- if working well your hourly wage increases - interview was easy
Cons
They advertise "no experience" required but they bully newcomers who are looking to gain experience. For example, I was on my FIFTH HOUR of TRAINING and they fired me for not being as quick as the regular staff who have been working there for longer. At that point they haven't even finished training me, and it was ridiculous for them to expect me to work as if I got full training when I wasn't fully trained yet. I even fully disclosed that this would be my first job, and that I had no experience but I was willing to learn in which they replied with "Yes of course, it takes practice but you'll get used to it."
