- Great Opportunities for Growth - Training Available - Great Pay - Flexible Schedule for Interns - Great benefits for Full-Time Employees - Great people to work with

Cons

We do performance reviews once a year, but (observing) it seems like it goes in one ear at HR and out the other. They base everything off of number of years, not performance - so you won't get promoted until HR feels like you have the years to back it up (even if you perform at that level) or raises aren't based on performance. It's frustrating to see.

Work 7 to 3:30 and usually have my weekends off. They take time to invest in the employees and don't mind paying a good wage.

Cons

It is not at the base of the Big Horn Mountains.
