      Good benefits, decent pay for the area, immediate co-workers were awesome.

      Cons

      Upper management is stuck in the old ages, the pay didn't keep up with national averages, HR tried to micro manage EVERYTHING!!! Lacking diversity - women and minorities.

      Pros

      Work 7 to 3:30 and usually have my weekends off. They take time to invest in the employees and don't mind paying a good wage.

      Cons

      It is not at the base of the Big Horn Mountains.
