      Disconnected and ‘personal loyalty’ based management. IT management didn’t care much about accomplishments more about political favors, buddies and gamesmanship.

      Work 7 to 3:30 and usually have my weekends off. They take time to invest in the employees and don't mind paying a good wage.

      Cons

      It is not at the base of the Big Horn Mountains.
