      * Truly exceptional team - every single person is smart, switched on, approachable and collaborative, there's nobody cruising * Lots of opportunities to grow with the company * Work at the cutting edge of financial tech, in an innovative team and with innovative apps on the platform * Great location right by the beach - play volleyball or go surfing before / after work and on lunch breaks * Leadership genuinely cares and all employees have a voice

      * The time zones between the Sydney office and the engineering team in Serbia can be a challenge

      The people are great, good leadership and trustworthy team Lots of flexibility and great goals and vision Really making an impact in the fintech space

      Cons

      It is not necessarily a con. Some of the processes are being defined as we go which is normal for a growing company so there is some experimentation along the way as with all businesses. I enjoy this kind of environment but understand it is not for everyone
