They claimed that they are only conducting proprietary trading, but in reality they are a crypto-heavy business, and they are not licensed in Hong Kong. 3. There is no clear career path 4. Company has complex ownership structure 5. They use 50+ special purpose vehicles incorporated in tax heavens such as BVI, Cayman Islands, or Seychelles for "proprietary trading / investment" purposes. 6. Nominee shareholders / Shadow directors 7. Co-founders claimed that they are business opportunists, so there are no one specific business line that they focus on.
