Pros
Cross-brand discount at Victoria's Secret, CO Bigelow, and Henri Bendel. Home office is always prompt in answering store issues, and they run company wide contests that provide benefits and incentives to not only management, but also associates. We often got free samples of products to try before they launched, and we received a good discount on full-priced items. There's a buyer program in place within the company that encourages associates and managers to move up and become a buyer (someone who purchases goods and products to sell in the stores).
Cons
Training is oftentimes redundant, and there are floorsets or major changes almost every week during holiday. Associates are given (on average) 3 to 10 hours a week due to limited payroll hours given to stores. Associates also start out at minimum wage in most areas and there's a cap on how much an hourly associate may earn (after a while, you're not given raises anymore, just a yearly bonus).
