Terrible company AVOID at all cost - Anonymous employee Batmaid Employee Review

Hi, while we value all feedback, we strongly disagree with the claims made in this review. The statement that salaries at Batmaid are 20–30% lower than market standards is simply not true. Our compensation levels are regularly benchmarked and competitive for our industry and markets. This review does not reflect the reality of Batmaid today. Since early 2025, the company has made significant improvements in structure, leadership, and communication. I joined in April as part of this transformation, with a focus on continuing to build a professional and supportive environment. We know that no company is perfect, but we are proud of the positive changes happening here and of the many employees who are thriving and growing with us.
