- Lots of growth opportunities - exciting research that spans large scope - great company culture - work life balance and a flexible 9/80 schedule
Cons
- there is a temptation and opportunity to be silo’d off in technical work(but you should stay engaged with business development if you want career growth) - recent shift in employee population a little discouraging - PTO package is not great
