Under appreciated - Administrative Assistant Battelle Employee Review

I worked for this organization for many years. Mainly in a support role. The admins of the organization are what keep the wheels rolling yet not compensated appropriately. I always out performed and got a glowing review. Every single year I’d hear, we wouldn’t be where we are without you BUT we don’t have any funds for an increase.
