This company is severely incompetent - Anonymous employee Batteries Plus Bulbs Employee Review

Anyone above a store manager is extrememly incompetent due to constantly changing expectations. Not to mention the fact that positive reinforcement is never given no matter how well your store is performing. Also making $13.00 an hour base is horrible, I was also promised a 50¢ raise when I got my Wise 1 and 2 certifications however that never was given to me.
