Pros
Working on greenfield sites is good but was even better here. Management gave us a lot of leeyway to make decisions about our tech stack, and supported us as we took the time to get things right. Bosses were kind and compassionate and gave plenty of time after the birth of my kid.
Cons
It was hard to do feature work when requirements would change frequently. Folks in charge were more focused on "big ideas" than nailing down specifications, which made getting stuff released challenging.
