Pros
Working with some bright engineers. Interesting R&D projects, Pharmaceutical industry is very challenging and interesting. I am sorry but I can not find anything good to say about that company

Company strategy/priorities change everyday, family-friend "mafia" managed, unlimited working hours (weekends included) with no compensation, company so cheap that don't pay their suppliers, compensate employees fairly, and would ask you to travel on folding seat if they could, while few top managers are indecently paid + VIP benefits. In addition, they are so arrogant to throw at you how well they are compensated. Most people, I worked with left that company. Everyday, employees where talking about looking for a new job. Never been treated like this. Give you a favor, don't go there.
