Decent pay, good co workers. Lots of places to work in the Tampa area. Health care benefits could be better.
Cons
If you are a conservative keep your mouth shut. You’re opinion will not be welcomed by management. Tommy Inzina is very outspoken on what you should believe in and who/what you should vote for. Conservatives, if you like your job zip it. You don’t have the right to exercise your 1st amendment rights.
