Pros
It is a big company and there are some great managers.
Cons
Some managers are less than adequate, passive aggressive, and often make knee jerk decisions without using logic or even common sense. Still uses paper charting. Only time and half for Christmas Eve and Thanksgiving. Paycheck stubs are only "online" and good luck deciphering them or your PTO balance. Management will chastize you for clocking in 1 minute early but will not tell you if you missed a punch. This results in the employee not being paid for a shift.
