Toxic Environment - Project Manager Bayan-Tech Employee Review

I had a disappointing experience at Bayantech and would not recommend it as a place to work. The work environment felt toxic, primarily due to the lack of qualified leadership. It was disheartening to see managers feeling threatened by team members who performed well, leading them to engage in unethical behavior to push those individuals out of the company. Unfortunately, it appeared that some managers were aware of their own limitations and that their positions were not secure outside of Bayantech. This created a cycle of instability and unprofessional conduct, as there seemed to be no checks in place to prevent such behavior. Overall, I believe there are significant issues that need to be addressed within the company culture and management practices. If you're considering a position at Bayantech, be cautious and weigh your options carefully.
