Great people, great clients, decent culture if thats something you are looking for but no pressure to join the culture if you just want to do your job and keep your personal life and free time seperate.

There is a lack of standardized process and a lot of "reinventing" the wheel. They have been trying to implement company wide tracking/project Managment process but there has been very little training.
