Pros
The pay is pretty good, most operations jobs are simple. Schedule is pretty good. Bayer is a solid company with a future.
Cons
Bad management and micro management is their philosophy. Too many layers and unneeded positions. Seems like the only people they promote are yes men who will do whatever the boss wants instead of the best candidate.
