Pay was great to start, some of the coworkers were great to work with
Cons
Raises get smaller and smaller as you go on, unless you're a man. The team was changed to seasonal after two years of being full time so benefits get cut off every winter and then we reapply for our jobs come spring. The new management of the team seems ill-equipped after not being trained by previous management or higher ups on how this team operates. Feels very much like a sinking ship.
