Sadly, they talk the talk but the reality is a completely different story. Royston talks about the big family, however, what a disfunctional family it is when your seniors do not treat you with the respect anyone deserves. Constantly talked down to and being made to feel stupid and undervalued. Morale is incredibly low across the whole group and the SMT know this, however, they choose to ignore this and do nothing about it pushing all employees to their absolute limits. You give them all you have and they still want more. No trust in their team on any level, constantly questioning and when they don’t get the answers they want they ask the same question again, and again, and again!
