They adhere to safety standards and require all drivers to have valid ID each load. The incoming and outgoing drivers are supervised and courteous. Unloading zones are easy to navigate and generally free of sharp debris. All of the staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

The drivers should be told that their place in line is in order of next in line when they arrive. Cutting people off should be discouraged as should leaving vehicle unattended on the scale instead of parking to get scale ticket.
