Thank you for your feedback and very unfortunate that you are no longer with Bazaarvoice.
We take pride in establishing a culture of “Psychological Safety” at BV. We have multiple mechanisms for employees to share their experience and suggest changes (example of mechanisms include anonymous surveys, 1-on-1s, team feedback sessions, retrospective meetings, informal skip-levels, etc.). We continue to listen to all feedback and learn from those interactions, and more importantly make changes for the betterment of everyone at Bazaarvoice.
We would have welcomed the chance to hear your concerns while you were still with us. Your inputs would have helped us learn and course correct, and in the process enable us to ensure that Bazaarvoice is an awesome place to work for everyone. An important goal for us is to ensure all employees have a healthy balance between work and home lives, and we constantly look for feedback and aspire towards that goal.
