Pros

Domain and learning is good depending on chance that you get . Pay package is decent people hardly stay for more than a year due to limited roles and growth opportunities . So not many people with 2 long an experience

Cons

No additional leaves and support given during Covid times unlike other "employee friendly" reputed companies . They talk more but do less One man leadership with limited to no oversight from parent firm in US . He is more operational/administrative in nature and wasted hours of engineer time taking opinion poll on furniture color of new office space (LOL... trust me ) than focusing on Product and delivery issues some uncompetitive junior managers are actually playing senior roles and ruling the roost. They create lot of regional politics and vicious atmosphere Egoistic leadership with everyone having their own agenda . One can sustain only if he is yes boss kinds Parent firm is hardly interested in india affairs as they are going thru their own churn and challenges It aches heart of all good engineers when few uncompetitive engineers were promoted twice in a single year and good ones left out as they posed threat to those managers

Pros

The work itself was genuinely enjoyable. I had the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of brands and retailers, including some I hadn’t previously considered, which made the role both interesting and educational. Building partnerships was rewarding, and the day-to-day responsibilities could be engaging and fun.

Cons

The workplace culture was extremely cliquish and, at times, unprofessional. Disagreements were often followed by gossip, and it felt like colleagues frequently spoke negatively about one another. Attempts to seek guidance or support sometimes turned into conversations filled with unnecessary drama rather than constructive advice. Some moments felt inappropriate, such as being told to “smile more” by a sales rep during a client-facing call. Overall, the environment felt more like a high school dynamic than a professional setting. Management did not provide the level of support or leadership needed to foster a healthy team culture.
