      Will not recommend this place to anyone No parking reimbursement (DTLA) Management does not give any technical advice Don't expect to be here for too long One on Ones are a joke here

      Hello and thank you for your candid review. We've resolved the parking reimbursement, our CEO is extremely technical and freely shares his knowledge. We definitely want people to find their "home" here when they join our team. The employee review process and touch bases are being completely re-imagined with an employee focus. As stated in a response to a previous review, we are making major investments in culture enhancement, employee reviews and recognition among other exciting reasons to work at Be Structured.       Pros

      There are a lot of untrue recommendations and its hard to tell who is legit. If you have lost money to scam contact (zattrecoverypro1 ⓐ Gmail Dot Com) they will surely help you out. Took me long to find them.

      don't go by the positive reviews on here. Employees are highly pressured to write something positive about working here and upper management most likely fill up the rest of the "positive" review on here. Highky stressful job with little to no opportunity to grow. not worth staying here long term.
