The juniors like BeCode and the non-profit makes a real difference. The people on the ground also really give their best
Cons
- A very high turnover. - A gross lack of internal communication. - A gross lack of alignment between the five campuses. - No respect for extra hours, extra efforts and feedback, ideas & visions brought up by people on the ground. - A lack of vision on management level.
