No Pros. Starting salaries can be negotiated to a competitive amount, but the pay is definitely not worth what you will go through working here.

The worst career decision of my entire life. Be Green Packaging have fired 90% of the people they hired in the last year. If you take a job here expect to be fired. It does not matter if you are a high ranking executive. The last thing anyone should do is take a position here. It does not matter the compensation. Very top heavy org. There are more executives then there are general employees, more people want to delegate than do the work. Completely unorganized structure and processes. Losing customers by the minute because they are constantly hiring and firing people. Might be the WORST COMPANY IN AMERICA to work for. They treat all their employees terribly and reward loyalty and hard work with nothing; only giving raises when employees threaten to leave. The work environment is very tense and weird because the management is that way. The executives have massive egos and think they work at NASA when its just a start up. The company was bought by a venture capital group 2 years ago and they massively over-payed for it. They are unhappy about this and want their money back, so the future does not look bright. Completely unstable work environment. They have had 4 CEOs in 2 years, and the latest one is probably the most inept CEO in america. Word of Caution to anyone being interviewed or considering taking a job at BeGreen Packaging, you will undoubtedly regret making the move.
