The best reason to work at Bemyapp is to grow your career, in both experience and future possibilities. I feel I have gained 5-10 years worth of experience in the last 2 years due to the nature of our work, and because of the level of responsibility and autonomy given to me. To have a direct say in the programs and operations of fortune 500 companies – working at a startup agency – is invaluable. I have also made strong connections with some of the biggest players in the tech industry, and have that "in" several places, if I ever need it. I feel prepared, confident and well equipped to take the next step in my career- not a lateral step, but a few rungs up the ladder. Not only has Bemyapp grown and shaped me exponentially, but they have given me the opportunity to grow and shape others, which I made clear was important to me early on, and for that I am very thankful. Everyone I know that has left Bemyapp on their own terms, has gone on to higher and more experienced roles, unfortunate as it may be to lose great employees. Other than that, I love being on the cutting-edge of today's technology, traveling, working in a happy and flexible environment, and gaining a global perspective from the employees and clients I work with.
