      Great people at the contribution level.

      Cons

      Company leaders can't seem to agree on anything and so everyone thrashes at their jobs while we lose all our biggest customers. Blame ridden culture with hostile top level management.

      Pros

      Great culture, competitive pay, flexibility, trust from team leads and executives alike. Overall, an amazing company and product to get behind!

      Cons

      Onboarding for new hires is a little haphazard. The platform is incredible but so large and intricate that it can easily be overwhelming to those who are just learning it.

      Probably the worst HR department I have ever dealt with. Some of the leadership team have no idea what they are doing.
