Pros

Full benefits, PTO, remote work from home, tbh that's about it!

Cons

Terrible Micro management. You have calls back to back and are expected to take them all, with no down time. If you don't follow the script, you will be marked down. You must perform at a rate of 98% or above to maintain this job. There's no room for error. The training provided does not prepare you for the multitude of incoming calls. You will have little to no support. You have to ask to use the bathroom. When you get performance reviews, you won't have time to review them unless you ask. The customers that call in are mostly rude. This job is a behavioral health organization that will cause you to seek mental help. Good thing they offer benefits!

Pros

Able to think strategically and work with other intelligent individuals to solve real-world issues with healthcare.

Cons

We are going back in-office; I prefer to work remotely and tend to get more done when not travelling to/from the office.
