The people are nice, that’s it

The CEO knows absolutely nothing about software development and is very rude and disrespectful to his employees. Because of the small size of the company this will directly impact you on a day to day basis. You can also be fired at anytime without warning for any reason or seemingly no reason at all. It’s no wonder after existing for 20 years they still only have 30 employees. This company should be avoided period end, there are much better companies to work for in the area.
