Pros
It's fun to drive the big bus. The yard is clean, breakroom is nice, they have lots of employee functions and activities.
Cons
Hard to get support from management. Hard to get a response from management. Cannot get individualized training if needed. Men are pretty toxic and rude to the women. Lots of conservative people who say really awful things. Was yelled at on the radio many times. Had to listen to a supervisor go on a rant about how she doesn't believe Black lives matter. Will talk a good game about caring about you and how we are all a "family" but that is just a line. This is a part time job that only pays around 21k a year on a split shift. Very hard to get another job during those off hours which you have to do because this is not a livable wage. You are paid the same amount across the board whether you drive 120 miles a shift or 25 miles a shift. Same money even if you have to work twice as hard so there is no incentive or reason to do a good job or to stay. This job is a hamster wheel you will repeat forever with no way out and no proper compensation so it feels pointless. They also have driver facing cameras that scan you biometrically and send that info to a third party. Minors are also scanned. This is unacceptable.
